Delivery times vary but orders should typically be received within 4 to 6 weeks via USPS. We do our very best to keep every product in stock at all times, but, in the event that we are out of stock of a particular item we will ship what we have and place the out of stock item(s) on backorder. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your order unless otherwise indicated.
Return Policy:
Kerry Shook Ministries will accept returns within 90 days of your delivery date. All items must be unused and in their original condition. Kerry Shook Ministries will pay return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Please contact us for additional information.

Most media resources are available in DVD, CD, Audio Download, Video Download and Transcript format, unless otherwise noted. Each message is typically about 30 minutes in length.
Our DVDs are formatted in DVD-R. If your player was manufactured prior to 2001, it may not be compatible with this format. DVDs for international orders are converted to a PAL format.
